Before making a lateral move, we counsel and assist our partner candidates to develop a joint business plan with the prospective law firm to assure that there is true synergy and a plan for integration. This creates a blueprint for success.
Since we exclusively work with partners, it makes meetings with candidates more discreet and private than our competitors. Our partner candidates will never run into their associates or temporary/contract attorneys when meeting with us.
